A very special expression of Shochu created by the Mutemuka Brewery using locally grown chestnuts, a speciality of the area. 

The raw materials to produce this distillate can vary, from chestnuts to sweet potatoes, from barley to buckwheat, while distillation always takes place in discontinuous copper or steel still.

栗をたっぷり50%も使用し、その香りを封じ込めるように低温でゆっくりと蒸留いたしました。そのため、ひと味もふた味も違う贅沢な栗焼酎に仕上がりました。栗のほのかな香りとソフトな甘みが、お口の中でふわっと広がることでしょう。
