The mother water at Fuji Gotemba distillery is taken from three underground bores that tap into underground streams 100 metres deep. Analysis has shown that the water used today fell on Mt. Fuji as snow 50 years ago. That's how long it takes for the water to filter through the hardened lava. 50% ABV
