This pure soy sauce made from whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt is produced by the long-lasting soy brewery established 200 years ago using the traditional method of soy sauce brewing. It’s fermented and aged in a big barrel made of Japanese cedar so that the soy becomes full of savory flavor and gives off rich aroma incense.

Contains no artificial additives.
